I am inspired by Vishen Lakhiani every day. He is an entrepreneur, author, and speaker and the founder and CEO of Mindvalley 2003, and the author of The Code of the Extraordinary Mind. His mission: to empower people to live healthier and happier lives, and unleash their fullest human potential and "be extraordinary". Mindvalley introduces you to tools and ideas that are currently missing from traditional education systems. His goal is to launch a school for one billion people worldwide.  In April 2018 he announced that "Mindvalley's programs will be coming to Finland's schools starting with around 27 schools." Book Recommendation - Why we sleep, Matthew Walker
The New Science of Sleep and Dreams is a science book about sleep by the neuroscientist Matthew Walker, Professor of Neuroscience and Psychology at the University of California.  As I wrote on my Instagram post having finished this book in 4 days: "Having just finished reading a book called "Why We Sleep" by Matthew Walker I would like to urge you to put this book at the top of your summer reading. In fact I would go as far as to say it is an essential read for you, your friends, family, colleagues and we should all be sharing it's findings. It now sits in my top 5 favourite books.

Matthew Walker is Professor of Neuroscience & Psychology at University of California, Berkeley and has been studying sleep for 20 years. 
His research and findings include us all needing to sleep 7 to 9 hours otherwise our immune system is "demolished". He demonstrates in this book through his research the links to sleep (lack of) and mental health issues, weight gain and other health issues......it's an eye opening read. "Emerging from this research renaissance is an unequivocal message:sleep is the single most effective thing we can do to reset our brain and body health each day"

It is hard making sleep a priority with our busy lives, but it's now at the top of my list.
